Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) has successfully finished its online virtual exhibition, ‘Online Korea Expo 2020, SouthAsia’. The virtual exhibition has been opened since 22nd of June, while the intensive 1:1 online meetings have been conducted from 6th to 17th of July. 113 Korean companies and 163 buyers within SouthAsia in total have participated in the exhibition, conducting more than 500 online meetings.
KOTRA has prepared essential products for sanitation and quarantine as one of the main categories, including UV sterilizer, dental scanner, X-ray and more. Upon the current lockdown situation all over SouthAsia, various and efficient home-working products have been introduced in order to help the business prepare for the post-COVID19 situation.
Korean beauty products, which have already proven its quality with the market, were drawing items as well. Virtual meeting venue and professional translators were provided for each buyer, and upon the meeting result, buyers could receive a sample in KOTRA’s support.
